  • "Nanako helped soothe us with not just her calming voice, but also her masterful playing of the singing bowls. I felt immediately lighter after the sound bath and slept like a baby afterwards."

    Lee
    CEO of Pulsar Innovations

  • "During the sound bath, I could access the depths of my subconscious that I usually cannot reach. By remembering my childhood self and realizing the roots of my anger and negative emotions, those feelings dissipated and I felt like I could move forward."

    Natsue

  • "Sound bathes are not something I have much knowledge of, so I came into this unsure what to expect. Having said that, I have long liked the sounds of shakuhachi and singing bowls. Not only did this session satisfy my craving to hear these instruments played live in harmony but helped me feel incredibly relaxed and gave me some time to focus on myself. I will definitely come again."

    Ben Beech

  • "I had a very stressful day coming and I found myself relaxing and responding positively to the tones played. The next day, I woke up feeling calm and engaged with everything I had to do. The day unfolded and I received everything with less emotion than I know I would have normally felt."

  • "Nanako’s coaching was a really supportive and insightful process that helped me gain clarity and confidence in myself. Rather than giving me answers, she helped guide me to my own understanding which made the outcome feel much more meaningful and empowering. "

    Kiri

  • "We went deep into where I wanted my future to head, not just where I was right now, and worked through practical steps to get there. Not only did both my mind and body feel lighter, but I came out of it genuinely feeling hopeful about my future, and I'm so grateful for that."

ACT & Sound Therapy

A collaboration with David Price, LMHCA (MindBridge)

This offering brings together two complementary, evidence-based approaches into one integrated experience.

David Price of MindBridge delivers Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modern, skills-based approach to mental wellness that helps people relate differently to stress, difficult thoughts, and emotions. ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility—learning how to stay present, clarify what truly matters, and take meaningful action even when life feels challenging.

What it is: An integrative experience combining ACT with sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls. ACT works at the level of awareness and choice, helping you relate differently to stress and difficult thoughts. Sound therapy works directly with the nervous system, supporting deep relaxation and embodied calm. Together, they support both mental clarity and physiological regulation, so the tools you learn have room to settle in.

Who it's for: Individuals looking for a more integrative approach to stress management, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Benefits:

  • Greater calm and emotional regulation

  • Improved focus and mental clarity

  • A clearer connection to your values and intentions

  • A grounded, embodied sense of presence
