Born in Tokyo and raised in Canada, I spent 15 years building a global marketing career while touring as a flamenco dancer. Behind the success, I was silently burning out. In 2024, a complete breakdown led me to rediscover myself through sound therapy, shadow work, and holistic healing.

Sound therapy is a gentle, non-invasive way to balance both your mind and body using sound frequencies and vibrations. Not only does it promote relaxation, it can help to relieve pain, restore your nervous system, and boost your body’s natural ability to heal itself. It’s also a great way to release tension and emotions that are held in the body, helping to ease a transformational time in your life.
 
 
 
 In my practice, I use Tibetan singing bowls, which are particularly powerful in sound therapy. Their low-frequency vibrations can be felt throughout the body, helping to release tension deep within the muscles and guide the nervous system into a relaxed state. 
 
 
 
 During a sound therapy session, all you have to do is lie down, relax, and enjoy the healing reverberations from the singing bowls!

Many people enter a meditative or trance-like state during sessions, allowing the body to deeply rest and begin healing on a cellular level.
